Mindy Williams-McElearney is a Director at Turner & Townsend, an independent professional services company that specializes in Program Management, Project Management & Cost Management services. She has over 25 years of experience working in partnership with the real estate, design and construction industries. In this position, Mindy collaborates with the East Coast-based Directors, and other Turner & Townsend colleagues to develop, plan and implement a strategic program to expand the firm’s brand profile and market share within the region. Her previous work experience at architectural firms and construction management companies, as well as her involvement with CoreNet and IFMA, lends a unique perspective on industry trends and market trajectories.
Mindy is also extremely involved in several industry organizations. She currently serves on the Global Board of Directors for IFMA, and is the Immediate President of the IFMA NYC Chapter. She serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the CoreNet NYC Chapter as the Chair of Membership. She is also actively involved with several charitable organizations serving as the Co-Chair of the Special Olympics New York Dinner Gala and is a member of the AHRC Golf Committee.
Prior to joining Turner & Townsend, Mindy worked with L&K Partners as their Vice President of Client Services, IA Interior Architects as their Director of Business Development, served as the Business Development Manager for TSC Design Associates and spent 13 years at Knoll, Inc.
