As the Global Operations Lead for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Experience Services (ES) for JLL, Cheryl Carron leads a global team of experts that enable the delivery of exceptional IFM and ES products and services to JLL’s clients around the world. Building upon the foundations of JLL’s industry-leading talent, Cheryl will further advance operational leaders to support future generations of work experience.
Through her 28-year career in real estate and integrated facilities management global corporate outsourcing, Cheryl’s experience encompasses multiple industry sectors and global geographies. She understands how to bring the trends and technological advances in IFM to client partners to create smarter buildings while humanizing the workplace – synergizing talent, data, technology and sustainability to create a workplace of the future.
Prior to joining JLL in May 2021, Cheryl served as president of IFM, North America, for Sodexo. Her previous experience includes roles as vice president and senior managing director at CBRE, and several global senior leadership positions at Johnson Controls in global operations, sales and general management. She has also served as a principal consultant for Fortune 500 corporations and real estate service providers.
In addition to serving on IFMA’s global board of directors, she also sits on the executive board of the Milwaukee Ballet and serves on the board of directors for the United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha County. She is a former chair and current member of the Women’s Leadership Council, which is focused on issues impacting women and girls. In 2018, she received the “Women of Influence” award from the Milwaukee Business Journal and serves as a mentor to high school girls and young professionals.
Cheryl has a master’s of corporate real estate from CoreNet, has completed executive management courses at the University of Chicago Booth School of Management, and has a bachelor’s degree in corporate communications and business administration from Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois, USA.
